We found them both individually and as partners to be outstanding guides and hands-on coaches as we bought our new home together and sold our two former homes. Pat & Carole were strategically brilliant marketers, with great decorating taste and handyman know-how for getting our houses ready for very tough markets -- Oshawa in November, 2008 and Toronto in March, 2009. They were very hard-working, dedicated, always totally "there" for us, navigating a tough journey that included tenant problems, structural issues, and more. We really appreciated that we could trust their integrity in all ways, and that they were unfailingly good-natured and easy to deal with.
